- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 cup Oak Aged Blackberry Balsamic
- 1/2 cup hazelnut oil
- pepper to taste
Whisk mustard, salt, vinegar together. Drizzle oil into bowl while whisking. Taste.
Add pepper.
