Strawberry Basil Martini

  • 1/3 oz simple syrup 
  • 1/2 Strawberry Fig Balsamic 
  • 1 oz Vodka 
  • 1.5 oz pear juice 
  • 8 basil leaves 

Combine all ingredients in shaker.  Top with ice and shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into martini glass.  Garnish with basil leaf and serve.
