Blackberry Mustard Marinade

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup Blackberry Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp pepper
  • 1 cups olive oil

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl.  Use to marinate steak, chicken, tofu or veggies before cooking.
