Pickles! ~ 500ml
All of our pickles are made from Salt Spring Island grown produce and we use our own plum wine vinegar for the brine! They are crunchy and delicious, made with tons of fresh garlic and dill, as well as peppercorns, dill seed, and mustard seed.

WINE VINEGARS...
...are bright, tangy and acidic, great for marinades, dressings, and anywhere else you'd use a lemon or lime. They're also naturally sugar and calorie free.
BALSAMIC VINEGARS...
...are lightly sweetened. They're fruity, flavourful and perfectly balanced for using straight over salads or for dipping with bread and oil. They also make fun additions to sparkling water or your favourite cocktail!
MALT VINEGARS...
...are made from local beer. They are rich and flavourful, but not fruity. Perfect for stews and soups, barbecue and fried food.
